Notice is hereby given that the Downtown Vernon Association is holding their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 19, 2026 at the Elk’s Lodge #45, 3103 30th St at 8am - 9am. All BIA members are invited and welcome to attend.

Items on the agenda requiring a vote:

-Approval of minutes from the 2025 AGM

-Approval of the financial statements

-Election of directors

-General business

-Annual review of bylaws concludes no changes required
