Sept. 21st is the final day of Summer and we want to wave goodbye, with a carnival atmosphere. Join us in front of the Museum (Civic Plaza), Saturday Sept. 21 for the following (FREE) music, games, activities, balloon artist, glitter tattoos, vendors, food trucks and much more. 11am-3pm. 

Plus, enjoy FREE PARKING at all downtown meters.
