Description
Equip your team with the skills and confidence to recognize, respond to, and support individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. This nationally recognized 2-day Mental Health First Aid course provides practical strategies, self-care techniques, and hands-on scenario-based learning using the ALGES action plan.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of mental health, reduce stigma, strengthen supportive communication skills, and learn how to respond effectively in a mental health crisis. Successful completion of a post-course knowledge assessment is required to receive certification.
Ideal for: Employers, managers, HR professionals, frontline staff, educators, volunteers, and community organizations.
Certification: Valid for 3 years
