Downtown Sounds - Free Benefit Concert for Wildfire Relief with Darby Mills' Press Play & Shawn Lightfoot Band

On August 27th, our final Downtown Sounds this season is now a ‘double bill / benefit concert’, featuring Darby Mills' Press Play Band followed by The Shawn Lightfoot Band

Event is going to run from 6pm - 9pm.  There will be food trucks, lawn games and porta-potties.  Win prizes as we will also host our gameshow, right before the first band.  Come early with your lawn chairs or blankets.  Bring the family, your kids and even fur babies.  It all takes place in front of the Vernon Museum (32 Ave and 31 Street), by the clock tower.   The Salvation Army and the United Way will be on site collecting non perishable food, money, GC's (mostly needed Gas cards, Clothing, Pharmacy).  Thank you!

Downtown Sounds runs on Thursday evenings starting July 2nd through August 27th. Bring your friends and soak up the sounds of local bands. Free Event to attend! Supported by BEACH FM!
